Chuseok - How to Help

How to Help

Here's a few ways that you can help celebrate Korean Thanksgiving with us.

8th Open House & Holiday Food Drive

Food Items

• Pie or other dessert.
• Watermelon Slices
• Juice and water
• Green Salad
• Fruit Salad

We don't need a lot, but it'll help round out the menu!

Panda eating rice

Supplies

• Tables and/or Chairs
• Paper Plates
• Plasticware
• Chopsticks

Just like the past three years: extra tables and chairs will be used for food or seating. We can always use plates for the food!

Traditional Chuseok Table

Food Preparation

Lesly and Josh Meyers are preparing Bulgogi (bbq beef), Korean-style spicy chicken, steamed rice, chopchae (stir-fried noodles), and kimchee (Korea's super food).

If we want kimbop (Korean sushi), we'll need to provide extra hands to help out.

Thumbs Up!
